Ice Cream Taste Testing Time

Today is taste testing time for our Ice Cream. We each had an ice cream from what we had made. Mrs Carey tried some too and she was very impressed. She said that it tasted delicious.
Here is our recipe in case you would like to try some at home.

Making Ice Cream
Ice Cream is lots of peoples favourite food and we have learned just how easy it is to make.

Materials:
4 eggs
1 cup of whipped cream
1 cup of icing sugar
1 teaspoon of vanilla

Steps:
1. Separate the egg whites from the yokes
2. Beat egg whites stiff
3. Gently beat egg yokes
4. Whip cream
5. Fold in all ingredients into a large bowl until well mixed.
6. Add extra flavourings like chocolate if you like
